– Duck Walks
– Bunny Hops
– Bear Crawls
– Crab Walks
– 10 Jump Overs
– 60-second plank
– 25 Push-Ups x 4 sets
– 25 Sit-Ups x 4 sets
– 25 Squats x 4 sets

Drills:
– 25 Shadow Uchikomi x 4 sets
