Warm-Up:
– 5-minute run with Skips, Shuffle inside and outside, butt kicks
– SLDLS x 10 each leg
– Table TopBear Crawls
– Squats x 10
– Push Up x 10
– 45-second plank

Circuit (3 sets of the following circuit):
– High Knees in Place – 30 seconds
– REST – 10 seconds
– Squats – 30 seconds
– REST – 10 seconds
– Plank – 30 seconds
– REST – 10 seconds

Techniques:
– Rear Ukemi 5 x 2 sets
– Forward Rolling Ukemi 5 x 3 sets
– Harai Goshi Shadow Drill 5 x 4 sets
– Footwork Speed Drill 5 x 3 sets
– IF YOU HAVE PARTNER: Drill 5 Half Nelsons & 5 Favorite Turn Overs
