Week 1: Tough Tigers

Set aside two to three days this week to work on the following:

Warm Up:
– 5-minute jog around the block with skips, shuffle inside and outside, butt kicks (add HAJIME/MATTE for listening)
– Duck Walks
– Bunny Hops
– Frog Jumps
– Bear Crawls
– Crab Walks
– 10-10-10-10 (push-ups, sit-ups, jump overs, squats)

Circuit (3 sets of the following circuit):
– High Knees in Place – 20 seconds
– REST – 10 seconds
– Squats – 20 seconds
– REST – 10 seconds
– Plank – 20 seconds
– REST – 10 seconds

Techniques:
– Rear Ukemi 5 x 2 sets
– Ouchi Gari Shadow Drill: 5 x 4 sets
– Spin Drill: 3 x 4 sets both ways
– Belly Up & Pancake Drill: 4 x 5 sets both sides

Homework:
– Set A Goal For Yourself
– Say please and thank you
– Offer to help around the house EVERY DAY
– Make your bed EVERY MORNING
– Clean up after yourself (toys, food, etc) right after using
– Post a photo or video of yourself when you train at home
